A vehicle can be accepted into stock when it arrives. To do this, access the stock record and click on the "Accept into Stock" button on the button bar :-
This will display the Vehicle Acceptance Dialog box :-
Fill in the details as necessary and click OK to accept the vehicle into stock.
The Location can either be entered manually or selected from a drop down list by clicking the >>> button
Selecting the "Create Workshop job" tick box will automatically create a workshop request following acceptance of the vehicle into stock.
