To add a vehicle to an Auction go into the Auction List and double click the required Auction.
The following window will appear:
Select the Add button on the right hand side of the window. The following will then appear:
Search for the required stock record and double click. The following window will then display:
Stock No, Reg No, Description, SIV and Profit on Outgoing will automatically populate from the Stock Record selected.
Auction Reserve - enter the auction reserve price
Auction Text - enter the auction test or double click a line on the Standard Text for it to display in the Auction text field. For more information on setting up Standard Text please click here.
Radio - select radio type from the drop down menu
Mileage - select mileage type from the drop down menu
Once complete, select the Save button to add it to the Auction.
When save has been selected, the system will change the status of the stock record to Auc Date. An example is shown below:
If you do not want to add the vehicle to the auction select Remove. This will then close the Vehicle Auctions Detail window and the vehicle will not be saved against the auction.
