To allocate parts select the Allocate Parts button at the top of the window.
The following window will then appear on window:
On the left hand side select the required job line and then double click the required part on the right hand side (or click the part number and select Allocate).
You can also remove a part from a job line by double clicking or, selecting the part number and selecting UnAllocate.
