The Authorise/Complete is in relation to parts transfers.
Through this option you can authorise, confirm and cancel parts transfers.
Authorised Transfers - Parts transfers that have been confirmed by the branch you are transferring to.
To complete a parts transfer double click the required transfer and the following window will then appear:
Select the Transfer button to complete the transfer to the other branch. |
To Authorise - Parts that are being transferred to your branch that need confirmation.
To authorise a parts transfer double click the required transfer and the following window will then appear:
Select the Authorise button to accept the transfer from the other branch. |
Awaiting Authorisation - Parts that are waiting to be authorised by the branch you are transferring the part to.
To cancel a parts transfer double click the required transfer and the following window will then appear:
Select the Cancel button to cancel the parts transfer.
