The Day Book allows you to find any imbalances between a Control Account and the Ledger analysis.
i.e. the difference between 0.0.60.1 and the Debtors Analysis.
To access the Day Book go into the Nominal Ledger, select the Reports tab and click the Day Book button at the top of the window.
The window displayed will look similar to the below:
