Our Navigator Helpdesk opening times are as follows:-
8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
We also operate an out of hours support service for critical issues. This is a chargeable Charged at £25 per 15 minutes service.
7am to 8:30am Monday to Friday
5:30pm to 9pm Monday to Friday
9am to 6pm Saturday
10am to 5pm Sunday
Please note - if a system has gone down and is not accessible due to a Navigator issue then calling the out of hours will be FOC.
