The Mail option gives you to send emails either internally or external.
The send an email select the Mail button at the top of the window. The pop up window will look like the below:
Internal - This option allows you to send messages to another member or members of staff using the Navigator System. By clicking this option the following window appears:-
Customer - This allows you to send messages to customers. By clicking this option, it brings up the customer search window. For more information on the customer search please click here.
