To mark an Auction vehicle as sold go into the Auction List and double click the required Auction.
The following window will appear:
Double click the required vehicle. The following window will then appear:
Enter the Sale Value (the value the vehicle went for at auction) and then select Invoice. The system will then take you back to the following window:
A tick will now appear against the vehicle in the Sold column. The stock record will also display as Sold in Vehicle Admin.
