To access the stock order parameters go to the stock order main window and select the Parameters button.
The Parameters window will look similar to the window below:
A Stock/VOR Order is created using the Parameters set up within the system.
The Parameter fields are as follows:
Sales From - Sales To: Quantity sold in the last 12 months
Cost From – Cost To: The value of the Part
Age From – Age To: The number of months since the Part was created on the system.
Minimum Stock (days): The number of day’s worth of sales on the shelf before the Part is included on an order.
Top Up Stock (days): The number of day’s stock to hold
Weeks to Calc: The “base” of the calculation of an Order.
