To get to the Parts Kit Maintenance window within Navigator go to the Main window and select the Parts Toolkit button. In the drop down list select the option for Parts Kit Maintenance.
You will see the below window:
The Parts Kit Maintenance window allows you to either amend or create new Parts Kit.
