The get to the Parts/Retail Profile you do the following; go into a customer record, select the Profiles tab at the top of the window and then select the Parts/Retail Profile button. A window similar to the below will be displayed:
On the above window you can do the following:
From Stock - Set up the Price Level etc, for stock.
Van Delivery - Set up the Price Level etc, for Van Delivery.
VOR - Set up the Price Level etc, for VOR.
Workshop - Set up the Price Level etc, for workshop.
Workshop Parts - Set up the Price Level etc, for workshop parts.
Extended Discount - Select an extended discount from the required franchise.
Misc
Do not print discount - if this tick box is selected then when creating a part invoice with discount it will not be shown on the invoice.
