The Road Fund Licence tab will display RFL information that was selected on the Sales Order. An example is shown below:
Estimated cost - this is the estimated cost of the RFL
Posted to Date - this is the amount that has already been posted against this RFL
To Post - enter the amount that you would like to post against this RFL
For new vehicles, the registration date of the vehicle should also be entered - this date is transferred to the marketing system when the vehicle is delivered as the date of registration.
Once completed, select Post.
