From the update technician window you can do the following:
Change the technicians branch
Set a temporary branch
Set shifts, skills and efficiency
Add or remove absence
Setup the Bonus Scheme
Setup the technicians hourly pay
The Cost per hour is calculated on the job based on the no of hours sold not taken. Therefore the cost entered here needs to take account of the technicians efficiency. Please see here for accounting details of dealing with labour cost of sale
