To add/amend the Road Fund Licence on a Sales Order to the Navigator Main menu and select Vehicles. In the drop down menu that appears select Vehicle Administrators Toolkit.
The following window will appear:
Search for the required Stock Record. When the Stock Record appears on screen select the Sales Status tab and click the button for View Order.
The Sales Order will then appear on screen. Select the Road Fund Licence tab and the window that appears will look similar to the below:
Click the RFL button and the following window will appear:-
This window displays a list of the available Road fund licences.
The CO2 level of the vehicle is pre-filled (or can be manually entered) and the table is filtered to only show appropriate lines.
There is also a tick box to define whether to add FRF or not (this is automatically ticked for new vehicles).
You can also add a Special Road Fund Licence by selecting the Enter RFL button. The following window will appear:
Enter the required Term and Price. Once complete select Accept.
