A Vehicle Record can store images of a vehicle and also detailed advertising text. These can be used both internally - for sales staff to view - but are also key to uploading Vehicle Stock lists to third party external web sites.
The Vehicle record has two tabs to manage this process, the advertising and images tab:-
Advertising tab
The advertising tab has a number of fields to describe the vehicle. These are not all used by all feeds to third party web sites and each feed will use different feeds
There are a number of tick boxes to define whether the vehicle should be uploaded to the dealer's own web site and also seperately to AutoTrader.
Images
The images tab will display the images of the vehicle - as a slideshow :-
Images can be added/deleted or removed by clicking the "Manage Images" button
