To access the Exception Report select the Exception Report button on the Stock Check main window.
The following window will appear on window:
The Exception report will only display stock differences that have been generated after the Stock Check date shown.
The report will list all parts that fall outside the selectable parameters, to enable the user to organise a recount if necessary.
For example; the settings in the above example will produce a list of all parts where the actual stock had a quantity difference of more than 20, and a financial adjustment of more than £50.
