The Ford interfaces require several communication methodologies with the factory.

 

BCM

 

Many of the "batch" file systems including Parts Pricing, Labour Files, FCJ and REACT! require installation and support of a software package called BCM which is supplied by Ford.   This is installed on the Navigator file server in the datacentre.

 

Web Based

 

Many of the other interfaces are web based, and require a Ford supplied security certificate.   Click here for instructions to download the ford certificate and supply to Navigator.
