Navigator require a certificate file from Ford which needs to be downloaded by the Dealer and supplied to Navigator as requested.
To download the certificate, please follow these instructions:-
Login to the Ford Dealer Connection portal and into ETIS :-
Click on DMS Registration :-
Ensure the language is set to English and click the Update Registration button
Once registered, the screen above will display, click on the "Please click here to download your keys". This will download a file which should be sent to DMS Navigator
