Navigator and Consent

The ICO guidance suggests that it not necessarily a requirement to gain new consent from customers.

 

However, it should be a rule that customers and prospects are given the opportunity to review and refresh their consent easily.

 

Navigator provides the ability for a marketing mailshot/SMS to include a link that the customer can click on which will then display their Contact Preferences and allow them to update.
