You can change what columns display and the order of the columns on the Sales Person Stock List, Sales Mangers Stock List, Vehicle Administrators Stock List and the Incoming PX List.
To re-order the columns select the required field and select the buttons for Move Up/Move Down to re-order.
To add a field select the required field on the left-hand side (Available Fields) and click the >>> button to move it across to Selected Fields.
To remove a field select the required on the right-hand side (Selected Fields) and click the <<< button to move it across to Available Fields.
Never remove the Stock No fields from Selected Fields otherwise the reporting will not work.
Click Save to save the changes that have been made.
