To access the Used Specification go to the Navigator Main Menu and select Vehicles. On the drop down menu that appears select Vehicle Parameter Maintenance.
On the window that appears select the Used Spec button at the top of the window. The following window will appear:
To amend a current used spec highlight the required line and the details will appear at the top of the window. Change the required Description and Short code then press enter.
To create a new used spec click the Add New button. This will blank the Description and Short Code fields - fill in the required fields and press enter.
Select the blue Close button to save the changes made.
