To access the Vehicles to Order report on Vehicle Admin go to the Navigator Main window and select Vehicles. In the drop down menu that appears select Vehicle Administrators Toolkit.
On the window that appears select the Report option and then the button for Vehicles to Order.
When selecting Vehicles to Order the following window will appear:
This report displays all vehicles that have a status of On Order.
Date Created - this is the date the stock record was added onto the system
Date Sold - this is the date that the order was raised against the stock record
Expect Delivery Date - this is the expected delivery date to the customer
If you double click on a line on the Vehicles to Order report it will display the selected Stock Record. An example is shown below:
