Audit Trail and Reporting

 

The customer record has an "Audit" window available - any updates to Customer Preferences by either the Dealer or the customer (via the portal) are audited, which can become part of the compliance of GDPR legislation.

 

In addition, the Customer Contact Report will display the Customer Preferences - this will enable review of the Customer Preferences being entered by staff.

 

If a customer record is updated then it is assumed that there has been a customer contact and the record is marked as Customer Preferences review on that date.
