The Navigator Document Archiving solution allows documents to be either scanned or uploaded manually and stored securely in the Navigator Data Centre.

 

The scanning system functions by printing out Barcoded Filing sheets in various parts of the application.  These are used for instructing the scanner how to file the document that follows the bar code.

 

There are several areas of the application where documents can be uploaded :-

 

oAgainst a Customer Record

oAgainst a Vehicle Stock Record

oPosting a Purchase Invoice
