To access the vehicle Details tab on a Stock Record go to the Navigator Main menu and select Vehicles. In the drop down menu that appears select Vehicle Administrators Toolkit.
The following window will appear:
Search for the required Stock Record. When the Stock Record appears on screen select the Sales Status tab. A window similar to the below will appear:

Select the Profit Analysis button. The following window will then appear:
The profit analysis shows a detailed sale, expected and actual profit of the deal - on a line by line basis to enable detailed management of costs..
If you select the View Summary button, it will display the below window:
