To book a part to a Sales Vehicle you do the following:
Enter a part number in the Part No box then select tab and change the quantity if required.
If you are unable to find the required part use the Search Option.
Once happy with the the quantity select add. The part will then display on the main part of the Point Of Sale window as shown below:
Please note the system will ignore any discount you apply as it uses the parameter from Service parameters. Click here for more information on service parameter.
To then book the part to the required sales vehicle select the Sales Vehicle button at the left hand-side of the window.
This will bring up a Select Vehicle Search window. Enter the stock number and select Search button.
The system will then fill in the vehicle details if the stock record can be found and the Ok button will be come active:
Select Ok to book the part to the Sales Vehicle.
